How National Hire Solutions set out to transform the plant hire industry in 2020.
How National Hire Solutions began
Back in 2020, National Hire Solutions set out to transform the Plant Hire industry. After working with some of the leading Plant Hire companies in the UK, Managing Director Lee Rigby realised it was time to offer clients something truly different.
The goal was simple: create a hiring experience where you could find ANY equipment from ONE company while enjoying first-class customer service around the clock. That's why our phones are open from 07:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, and 07:00 to 12:00 on Saturday.
With access to over one million products across the UK, we take the hassle out of hiring equipment. Whether you need Telehandlers in Inverness, Forklifts in Pembrokeshire, Powered Access in Norwich, or Fencing on the Isle of Wight — we've got you covered from north to south and east to west.
Our Managing Director
Lee Rigby has spent 35 years in the hire industry, working with market leaders in trench support equipment, tool & plant hire and powered access. Lee's knowledge of the rental industry is vast and we use this to help customers and business owners alike achieve their own expectations.
Lee believes in transparency, reliability and doing what you say you'll do. If we promise to call you back, we will. If there's a problem, we'll be upfront about it.
A case in point
In August 2024, at 5:30 PM on a Friday, we received a call from a French events company in a bind — they had been let down by another hire company just days before their summer event in Essex. They urgently needed a 14m Telehandler on site by Monday. Not only did we make it happen, but they also cancelled their generator and distribution board hire with the company that had disappointed them.
