Cherry Picker vs Scissor Lift — Which Do You Need?
A cherry picker (boom lift) reaches out and over obstacles with a single telescopic or articulated arm. A scissor lift goes straight up with a criss-cross mechanism, providing a larger working platform but no outreach. Choose a cherry picker when you need to reach over something. Choose a scissor lift when you need a stable, wide platform at height.
How High Can a Cherry Picker Go?
